This course equips ministers, faith leaders, and church communities with the tools to foster ethical, inclusive, and justice-oriented ministry. It emphasizes intersectionality, financial ethics, and intentional ministry with marginalized groups, integrating principles from the United Church of Christ’s Open & Affirming (ONA) process.
